About

An educator who builds systems.

A Ph.D.-qualified academic leader with fourteen-plus years in engineering education, innovation leadership, and entrepreneurship development — drawn equally to classrooms, founders, and the institutions that connect them.

Profile

Where teaching meets enterprise.

Across more than a decade in engineering colleges around Pune, I have taught design, machines, materials, and emerging areas like Python and AI–Robotics — while simultaneously running and consulting for real ventures on the side.

That dual identity shapes how I lead: outcome-based education delivered through mini-projects and prototypes, accreditation work that is genuinely executed instead of merely documented, and innovation councils that produce student startups rather than just reports.

I have served as Convener of the Institution Innovation Council under the Ministry of Education and AICTE, coordinated a ₹2.5 lakh MoE-funded Mentor–Mentee scheme, and mentored more than one hundred businesses through Abeez Consultancy.

Teaching philosophy

Theory limits confidence — a working prototype changes how students see themselves.

Engineering students grow when they get repeated exposure to application, failure, redesign and presentation. A mini-project mapped to a course outcome — with a working model and a public review — does more for learning than any number of additional theory hours.
