National initiatives under the Ministry of Education and AICTE — translated into student projects, prototypes, mentoring grants, and a campus culture where ideas reach the workshop floor.

Institution Innovation Council (IIC) — Convener

Led innovation and entrepreneurship activities under the Ministry of Education and AICTE. Coordinated national programs including SIH, YUKTI and NISP, and planned expert sessions, student activities, and institutional documentation across the IIC calendar.

YUKTI Innovation Repository — Institutional Coordinator

Coordinated the YUKTI (Young India Unleashing Knowledge & Innovation) initiative. Student projects were shortlisted for National and Regional Meets, and students presented their work before Dr. Abhay Jere, Chief Innovation Officer, Government of India.

Mentor–Mentee Scheme — Coordinator (₹2.5 lakh MoE project)

Managed a Ministry of Education-funded project across multiple mentee institutions — planning mentoring sessions, review meetings, expert interactions, and monitoring progress, reporting, and outcome evaluation end-to-end.

Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) — Faculty Coordinator

Ran structured programs on innovation, robotics, and design thinking. Guided students from ideation to working prototypes — promoting an early-stage innovation and problem-solving mindset.

Smart India Hackathon (SIH) — Faculty Coordinator

Mentored and coordinated student teams on problem statements aligned with national and industry challenges — guiding them through idea development, prototyping, and presentation within SIH guidelines and timelines.

Innovation, Design & Entrepreneurship (IDE) Bootcamp

Participated in the IDE Bootcamp organised by the Ministry of Education — Innovation Cell, Government of India at IISER Bhopal. Gained direct exposure to design thinking frameworks and entrepreneurship development models.
